About the Analyst

Jovan is a credit professional with experience underwriting European and Latin American sponsor-backed and corporate leveraged debt - both capital markets and private credit. He however also has experience advising stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations which informs a downside-oriented approach to credit analysis. 

 

He has primarily underwritten LBOs, refinancings, and dividend recapitalisations across software, professional services, hospitality and light industrial sectors. He focuses on cash flow sufficiency, documentation quality, sponsor/owner incentives and recovery outcomes rather than headline return and base-case forecasts. He is  particularly attuned to how issuers and their stakeholders behave when assumptions break and liquidity and capital markets access tightens.
